Fees for Services provided by PVA will be based on $25 per hour. PVA offers several pricing structures which are designed to meet your needs and requirements. All prices are quoted in Canadian funds. Hourly Rate Clients will be billed $25.00 per hour for the services required. Invoices and detailed time sheets will be provided to clients electronically. Billing will be calculated in 15 minute increments. There will be additional charge for all stationery and incidental costs such as printing, photocopies, faxes and long-distance telephone calls. Project RateQuotations for special projects will be provided based on the estimated time and the complexity of the project. All incidental costs associated with the project will be included in the estimate. Pricing will be based on the actual time and costs incurred. Retainer RateThis fee schedule provides clients with ongoing virtual assistant services of a pre-determined amount of hours each month. This is a guaranteed investment ensuring that your work is given priority. Clients who use this plan will enjoy the benefits of a "retainer rate". Such rate is calculated depending on a guaranteed number of hours per month. The schedule for our retainer rates is described below:
20 hours X $25.00 = $500.00 - $25.00 (5%) = $475.00 per month
40 hours X $25.00 = $1,000.00 - $100.00 (10%) = $900.00 per month
60 hours X $25.00 = $1,500.00 - $225.00 (15%) = $1,275.00 per month 24/7 PVA also offers emergency situations service where you need office assistance for a job that needs to be done immediately. Our 24/7 service caters to that need. There will be a 25% surcharge to provide this servicePAYMENT POLICY All prices are in Canadian dollars.All services are billed in 15 minutes increments.A deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of any project.Additional expenses, such as postage, supplies, materials, etc. will be billed at cost, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.The payment is due upon receipt of invoice.Payment options include business cheques, personal cheques, money orders, or certified cheques.There will be a $35 fee for all NSF cheques. GST will be applied to all charges. GENERAL POLICIESEvery effort will be made to ensure client’s complete satisfaction with a finished project; however final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within 14 business days from the date the client receives the project, corrections will be made at no charge. Confidentiality agreement will be offered with every contract.A signed agreement must be received before the commencement of any project.
